This book reveals the story of Lina’s struggle with anxiety and how she finds creative ways to overcome it; leading to the desire to help others suffering from the same condition. Her journey is shared in this book through three areas:

• • Healing oneself: Healing oneself may be achieved through several tools, such as retrieving the past, meditation and creative visualization, and removing the masks, and expressing your creative gifts.

• • Healing others: Through the process of healing oneself, there is a constant desire to reach out and help others heal. It requires certain skills and materials listed in this book, such as counseling, self-help materials, and courses.

• • Healing the world: Each of us has a huge potential, and when one becomes aware of it, it is then that the healing begins with oneself, then extends to others, and so on until it reaches the rest of the world.
